Modifies the permissions from a role.

Usage:

$modifyRole[roleID;name (optional);color (optional);mentionable(yes/no, optional);hoisted(yes/no, optional);position (optional)]

Example:

$modifyRole[$roleID[moderators]];;#666666;yes;yes] This will edit the color of the mod role
